2009/2010 Leadership & Management Scholarships

$7500 worth of Free Training & Assessment

Recipient of the Certificate IV in Frontline Management is Mr. Barry Springett - Anglicare Central Queensland.

Recipient of the Professional Development Coaching Package is Ms. Ros Schluter - Banana Shire Council.

Congratulations to these leaders in their respective fields, we look forward to working with both of you into 2010.

Scholarships will be offered again in the second half of 2010 so watch this space.

Scholarships are open to men and women 21 years and older who currently hold, or aspire to a role in the field of Leadership & Management or who are currently in Supervisor; Team Leader or Leading Hand Positions.  Applications close on Monday 28th September, with the successful applicant notified via email and on our website. This decision will be made by the Directors of Baraka Training & Management & will be final.

Two options are available to applicants.

Option 1 – to the value of $5500.00

•  Certificate IV Frontline Management BSB40807

•  Consisting of 10 units delivered over five x 2 day workshops

•  Completion of 10 assessments by the participant.

Option 2 – to the value of $2000.00

•  3 month Leadership & Management Professional Coaching Program

•  Consisting of four x two hour (approx) sessions over a 12 week period tailored to suit the individual.
