My Personal Black Belt Management Principles

  1.  It can always be achieved!

  2.  It isn’t as bad as you imagine. It will look better tomorrow.

  3.  Don’t let anyone injure your self esteem.

  4.  Get mad, get angry, get emotional, and then get over it.

  5.  Be careful what you choose. You may get it.

  6.  Don't let unfavourable information stand in the way of a good decision.

  7.  Make decisions and take action.

  8. Share credit. Give credit.  Never take undeserved credit.

  9.  Positive attitude and self discipline are force multipliers.

  10. Have vision and share it - often.

  11. Don't take counsel from fears – it debilitates.

  12. Remain calm. Think of a better response.

  13. Enable other to act.  Then get out of their way.

  14. It’s not what you believe it’s how you believe.

  15. Take risks and accept the consequences, positive or negative.

  16. Embrace change – don’t let fear of loss stop you.

  17. Go hard or go home.

I try hard to live by these principles.  Some times I fall over.  When I do I just get back up and give them another go.
