The Conflict Cycle

Whether you get into an argument or experience a terrorist attack, the conflict will go through a series of seven steps, and they will never skip the order. Jim Wagner designed a graph called The Conflict Cycle to illustrate the seven steps that cycle through Pre-Conflict, Conflict, and Post-Conflict, and he explains each.

The Jim Wagner Reality-Based Personal Protection system is the original "reality-based" self-defence system. The term "reality-based," a little known police term for scenario training, was first introduced to the martial arts community by Jim Wagner in 1999
